Some of the main materials we process include: POLYESTER FIBER (our main sustainable product obtained from recycled plastic bottles), PU, PE, PVC, EVA, EPDM, NYLON, SILICONE, ELASTOMERIC RUBBER, BUTILIC RUBBER, ALUMINIUM BITUM.

For this reason, we are able to adapt quickly to the needs of an ever-changing market.

ADHESIVE COATING LINES

Adhesives coating of raw materials up to a height of 1.5 m

HOT MELT LAMINATORS

Coupling raw materials resulting in multilayer products to reduce reverberation and isolate noise and heat transmission

BLOCK SPLITTER

For cuts from thickness 0.8 mm and up

SPOOLING MACHINE

Enabling continuous production of gaskets in spools

REWINDING LINES

Allowing log rolls of different lengths to be made based on customer requirements

CUTTING LINES WITH AUTOMATIC LATHES

Lathes for cutting gaskets in different sizes plus further packaging customization upon request

DIE-CUTTING LINES AND PLOTTERS

Allowing for customized shapes according to the customer's technical drawings
